Elect Newt

In the weeks and months leading up to the Primary on July 20th and the
General Election on November 2nd, the candidates of both major parties will
spend precious time and money to garner your vote.

They will site reasons for why they are the better choice - even at the risk of
criticizing a "fellow" party member! I ask you: How can this be recognized as
anything but divisive, self-serving, POLITICS AS USUAL?

In what way can this serve the PEOPLE'S concerns and interest?

I submit, that it is for these reasons that we need a voice in OUR DISTRICT
that will not work for the "seat" in Senate or the Special Interest that may
have help put them there, but for the CITIZENS that live in this
WONDERFUL COMMUNITY.

DILIGENT
As your voice in Georgia Government, I will work tirelessly to find resolutions
to the issues that are important to us: Our SCHOOLS, Our JOBS, our SAFETY
and Our HEALTH.

INSIGHTFUL
It takes an open-mind to understand the complex issues of party politics. As
your INDEPENDENT State Senator, I will listen to all sides of the issues and
not only reach across both sides of the isle, but make well informed decisions
based on the best choice, not the parties' choice.

DEDICATED
I have NO PERSONAL AGENDA! God has blessed my family and me with
good health, careers and a great neighborhood to call home. I am not looking to
use this position to enhance my bank account or to become a lobbyist or CEO
of some company. I am here to accomplish two things:
* To make sure our voices are heard loud and clear
* To hold our government ACCOUNTABLE for the choices that are made on
our behalf.

I am here to SERVE YOU - the citizens of this great community and the
proud state of Georgia.
